My major takeaway from this story is we need more women who look like Gina D’Agostini.
This. For me it started in the early 90’s with the buffoonery of Michael Irvin and knob polishing by Madden.
I couldn’t stand Irvin and Harper and they were the initial reasons why I started despising the team. It’s a shame, because Emmitt seemed like a class act.
Speaking of Cowboys and Quarterbacks…Ryan Leaf just got of prison. Maybe he can QB for the Jets.
He has to go to the Eagles first.
Spray Tan, I lol’d… not surprised at all that she would trade up to the NFL star, but still funny.
Stupid move, Murray’s not wifing her up and Clay is a rookie who hasn’t started earning yet so the settlement will be relative peanuts. He’s pretty good too. No, this is just a dumb move by her, married mother of two from a previous relationship. I believe this is the situation for which the phrase “dumb s7ut” was coined.
Really can’t believe he married her, but he’s 22 so you know
It’s only a dumb move if Clay actually makes the NFL. This was clearly a power play to trade up on her part or at least hedge. Always risky when you are trying to trade to a man with many options (why commit??) as she just found out. There is a long and brutally honest post by ft that needs to be made here but we already know what that post would say, so maybe he should just save his time.
murray has a kid with his baby mama
I wonder if the winner of the NFC South will win more than 6 games this year. Saints now lose 4 straight at home.
Reason #3003 to hate the Cowboys.
I caught the tail end of the game on Thursday night. At some point, a graphic is displayed on the screen comparing the Cowboy triplets of the 90s (Aikman, Smith, Irvin) to the Cowboy triplets of today (Romo, Murray, Bryant). In it, we see that Romo has a better winning percentage in his career so far than Aikman had in his entire career, that Murray has a better rush yds/game average than Smith and that Bryant has a better yds/game average than Irvin.
Of course, there was no context given. The fact we play in the greatest offensive era ever wasn’t even mentioned. The fact that the first triplet started their careers following a 1-15 year wasn’t mentioned. The fact that Aikman/Smith/Irvin are all hall of famers and have 3 rings each was conveniently absent from the graphic to make a point.
^dont hate Americas team. Hate the network. They’re the ones making the comparison.
And don’t hate simply because the Cowboys were that good. There’s a reason that the networks don’t talk about a ridiculously good Buccaneers dynasty.
LOL 49ers.
LOL at the Cowboys being “that good”
Also, sorry Philly, you got spanked. Hawks should roll the Whiners and the struggling Cards and make the playoffs easily.
Don’t be shocked to see the Seahawks run the table and end up as the #2 seed in the NFC.
It appears the Eagles are who I thought they were. They look like SB contenders when they play bad teams, but when they play actual SB contenders their lack of talent becomes very clear. Talent > scheme.
Is that you, Dennis Green?
^ Glad someone caught that.
I am just glad to see Sanchez fail. I hate that asshole
Week 14 comments:
- Niners are done. As much as it pains me to say it but Kap is wayyy overrated. I truly thought he was special… eh
- Role reversal between NFC South and NFC West is comical. A few years ago we were debating on how it is unfair that a below .500 team is allowed to make the playoffs (at home) at the expense of far more talented 7th* seed. Ironically the seahawks beat the Saints that year in the division round (thanks to beast mode). This year (assuming Siants can still salvage the division) we might very well see the Seahawks travel to the Superdome in the first round to face a below .500 Saints.
- If Falcons lose tonight, the last place team in the NFC West (St Louis at 6-7) will be 1 game ahead of the division leading Falcons at 5-8
- Glad to see the Bears front office realize that they made a mistake with Cutler. With the amount of talent on that team, it is frustrating to see it go to waste because of Cutler. Don’t even give me the weak O-line BS. With 4 probowlers to throw the ball to, you don’t need much help from the o-line. Just take shotgun snaps all game… that’s what I do in Madden
- I really feel sorry for Cleveland. One play here and there in each loss and they can be 10-3 with a perfect division record. Funny how the 3 real losses have come against non playoff teams
