Percentile Quantile Decile Quartile

Someone to clarify to what each of this terms corresponds exactly ? and what if one refers to the 2nd decile or the 3rd quantile ? Percentile: you divide your population or sample by 100%. So the 12 percentile is 12% and the 4th percentile is 4% ? Quintile ? Decile ? Quantile ? Quartile ?
