Caffeine is not my friend but had to take a lot during exam prep. Now I’m going through serious caffeine withdrawal symptoms. How do I manage it?

As a genuine coffee addict/normal Seattleite, I would recommend the following: After 2PM limit yourself to only tea. (Earl Grey, or After 5PM limit yourself to only herbal tea. Move those deadlines earlier in the day as you gain more control over your addiction. After that, limit yourself to 1-2 coffee drinks per day, and only before noon. Consider switching to espresso + milk drinks if you are drinking drip coffee, it is way easier on your body (tastes better too, I think). Good luck!

I had the same problem. I don’t drink coffee much because I palpitate easily but had to while studying. It was struggle for me because I had to fight the drowsy effect of the medicine I’m taking.
