Coding and programming is a good option, learning to do new excel tricks is also quite entertaining.
I have passed both FRM exams as well as learned how to code on company time. Yeah, my job is quite relaxed.

Very good advice. I’ve been slacking in this department lately but will try to improve. But I did design myself a new workout program last week on company time.

I go by motto:
Don’t do anything on free time that can be done on company time

lol I trade options. Work hours and stock market hours is pretty much the same

I distract myself with something that interests me when I’m not working during working hours. Sometimes, it’s reading or painting.
