Has anyone experienced a software issue (frozen for 1 hour)? I was unable to finish the morning session.
I’ve emailed CFAI and the testing administrators took down my info.
Has this happened to anyone here in prior sessions? What should I expect? Thanks in advance.
How did it turn out for you?
I took actuarial exams (CBT) with Prometrics before (in a less developed country) and it was a terrible experience: noisy, people coming in and out the exam room, people doing a speaking test in the room (!), the proctor tried to stop me from filing the satisfaction survey at end of exam…
