If you’re talking about Flynn Intelligence Group doing work for a Dutch company owned by Ekim Alptekin who is Turkish, there was a trial and the judge tossed the case ( Bijan Rafiekian, a former business partner of General Flynn was charged, and the allegation was that the Dutch company was a front for the government of Turkey, which would have made F.I.G. in violation of FARA, Foreign Agents Registration Act, for failing to register as an agent of Turkey. The prosecution failed to establish that the Dutch company was in fact a front for the Turkish government)
