He pled guilty to lying to the FBI, because Mueller threatened to charge members of his family. If you’ve been following the news, it looks increasingly as though Flynn did not in fact lie to the FBI, which is what Comey told Congress way back when

If you read Sidney Powell’s brief filed with the Court, the FBI and DOJ wrote an internal memo dated January 30, 2017 which explicitly said that Flynn was not an ``agent of Russia’’

I looked at it. If true, that would be a good fact. However, that sentence was written by Mike Flynn’s defense attorney (correct?), so the claim isn’t really reliable unless you can see the memo. It is hard to imagine that this memo could prove a negative (not a Russian agent), so I am somewhat skeptical.

why are we arguing about the truth? the truth is unimportant. both sides voted along party lines. whoever wins teh 2020 election is the truth, and whoever loses will just continue complaining. us is in a very sad state.

I’ve listened to most of the testimony and have read what has been released. Would you not agree that the articles you post as evidence have a bias leaning?

And just to clarify, if there was indeed a pay for play structure with a foreign government and inherent US corruption that was uncovered, the reward would be impeachment?

Why do republicans have a healthy skepticism towards democrats you may wonder? Well, they have viewed first hand how you treat your “own” in the form of the Sanders campaign in 2016. Folks see it now with the treatment of Yang and Tulsi and the NYT/ProPublica campaign against mayor Pete. Given this, do you think it’s fair to ask these questions?

Ftr, I’m not a DJT fan whatsoever - in fact i am sickened by his stance on the environment, many of the deregulations, and the way he presents himself. I’m just as repulsed by the way democrats handle things behind the scenes, their sleazy ways of conducting business, propensity to lie (campaign for one thing and do a 180 when elected).

  1. Most news outlets have bias, including the ones I’ve posted. The youtube videos and text transcripts are pretty reliable. The call memorandum is edited, but what is there is pretty reliable.

  2. Which potential pay to play structure are you talking about? Biden’s or Trump’s?

  3. I do not love the Dems whatsoever, and especially HRC. The same thing happened with Dean back in 2003. I find Trump worse.
