I started studying for CFA earlier this year, only my biggest mistake was that I did not practice, hence I forgot most. Now I am practicing in the following way: Look at practice question and try to solve them, refer to the book if I don’t understand, do practice questions again.
Through this method in my first week, I have been able to skim through the largest majority of FI (up until the securitization section), Corporate Issuers, Portfolio management (part 1 and 2) and half of alternative investments.
I did all practice questions for the schweser bank on this these topics (approx 6-8 hours per day), and I feel in a week I am very confident in schweser questions. But then when I compare it to other people, I have a feeling the schweserpro bank is actually too easy. Is this true regarding the CFA level 1 exam. Considering quitting schweser and getting Uworld.
I do have a background in finance (Bachelor level), but it shouldn’t be so easy, should it?
