is the mcq section in the exam organized by topics as it is in level 1 CFA or do they just give 100 mcq’s in no particular order and with no signs of a new topic starting? Thanks and goodluck to those who have yet to write their exams!
They are random I think.
That just sucks!
blows
do you think its possible to fail a particular topic or maybe 2 and still pass the exam? reason im asking is because i dont have topic 11 and 9 well prepared.
^ Azzii have you taken any CFA exam yet? This is similar to CFA where you can fail couple of sections but still pass. They take overall score to decide pass/fail
yes i passed cfa level 1 but i did not fail any sections there( to my pleasant surprise ). I know you are right about the cfa…i just wanted to know if CAIA policy was similar. Thanks. Where are you writing your exam?
I am writing in New York on Friday.
