CFA Level II Alternative Investments

Reading 44 on commodities is a part of Alternative Investments, it must be new for 2014 because i can’t see anything in schweser notes 2013 on it.

There are no EOC questions, and in the curriculum the layout is slightly different, no section numbers. There are LOS’s though. So is this a lot less important (but not optional)?

Not less important at all. If they give you an item set on it, it’s worth the same 6 points as an item set on pensions.
