It’s neither. It’s the 435 members of the United States Congress. The same people we trust to make laws every year have problems abiding by the ones already in place.

^ Not that I think Congress if full of upstanding citizens, but there are a couple of problems with that “article”:

  1. Congress has 535 members, not 435 (Congress is both the House and the Senate. If the author doesn’t know the difference, he probably isn’t qualified to write about “Congress”).

  2. The article gives no time reference. Is that in the history of Congress, the sitting members of Congress when the article was written, the 5 years before the article was written?

Apparently, Roger Goddell met with Charlie Strong (football coach of Texas Longhorns) over the weekend.

Goodell said that he noted that Texas has done a good job of keeping its players from going places where they could get into trouble, like the NFL.
