Is it just me or is this one a royal pain?
Yeah I was just doing this one yesterday. I had to read the IS-LM curve stuff more than once to fully comprehend it.
im with you on that one. i was an econ major in college and still got pissed off after seeing how long this section is. they literally crammed all of macroeconomics into 40 pages ( on elanguides atleast)
It’s 23 pages in Schweser, but I had to read the CFAI material for the IS-LM aggregate demand stuff to make sense of it, and I minored in econ and found the micro econ readings really easy.
I majored in economics and found the CFA material to be easy because of that (I also found that I disagreed with some of it as a result), but I absolutely suffered the entire time with financial reporting & analysis (mostly IFRS vs. GAAP), so hats off if you’re good on that section.
I agree. Worst reading in econ so far.
Agreed. This is one of the hardest readings. The worst one, for me, is Reading 31. I’ve read it in CFAI and it was by far the most confusing reading.
