Some people are saying that reading no 13 of QT is unlikely to come as not really possible to make a casestudy on it from exam point of view. Please advice if it can be skipped 
I wouldn’t risk it! I am sure they can ask certain concepts in item sets as well so I don’t understand what your source is talking about.
You really, really need to stop asking these questions. Isn’t this the third time you have asked this same question? If you’re going to keep asking the same question for all 56 readings, just post it once and be done with it.
FWIW, you can safely skip reading 13 since almost all the material in that chapter is untestable.

Hey i am not the smart one . I am just a average person. Whats going on is that the syllabus of L2 is like a monster and its taking lots of time to cover. Also retention of old topics is also tougher.
Little worried about my prospects in L2. Looks like it will be tough this tim round 
ya it is exponentially tougher than L1. They should have broken up Level 2 + 3 into Level 2, 3 and 4 just to make it easier on us. I wouldnt mind studying for another year.
I thought time series was similar to M. regression and not lots to worry about. . How did you find the FRA readings? What did you study in college?
I am from commerce background. FRA is tougher than L1 and has lots of concepts. How much i absorbed will be known when i do q bank. . L2 is a real challenge …
but if they asked as level 2 concepts in the level 1 exam format, lot more people will fail cause we will need to know the small details but the itemset is making it slightly easy as we just need to know concept.
