As S666 said, depends on you. If you’re looking for a benchmark, Im on track to finish the curriculum 4 weeks out. I work a consistent 40 hrs a week and have that last week off. I am not confident on a pass but the 4 weeks of review isnt what has me worried.
I still haven’t covered Ethics and GIPs, and only plan on doing them in May. Currently going through my 2nd read of Schweser and CFAI EOCs (1st time) and it’s as if I’d never even read that material, nothing seems to have stuck. Revision’s taking an awfully long amount of time, given the long hours at work.
I’ll be done with the 2nd read and all of EOCs by mid-May, and then targetting the last two weeks for mocks. Do you guys think that should save me?
I’ll start EOCs and mocks in May. I’m not done with the first run of the curriculum either. Significantly less momentum than I had in level II this time
Your plan is very similar to mine. I’ve revised nearly the 1st 6 study sessions, I do targeted mocks on the material I’ve reviewed and I tackle ethics in my daily morning commute.
Plus I got the full week before off.
So basically no excuse not to pass…which makes me even more nervous!
I’v gone through CFA EOC questions twice and read schweser and did their EOC questions. Now I am tackling mocks and finding schweser mocks AM mocks to be useless but I am still doing them
I wouldn’t discount ethics though, I failed band 10 last year and I failed ethics so I think I got pushed down to a fail.
They make ethics trickier every year, don’t discount it!!
using the special and valuable morning intelligence on ethics questions just do not make any sense to me. I would use it for some other more challenging topic.
