Hi!
I’m using my calculator BA II PLUS and I’m getting the wrong value 37232,4803 for this example. It should be 35460. What am I doing wrong? Picture 2 shows my caluclation method with adjusted values.

35K is immediate annuity, 37K is annuity due.
Okay but what did I do wrong in my calculation?
Your calculator is set on BGN instead of END (payments at end of period, not beginning).
Toggle with 2nd PMT and set with 2nd ENTER; your screen will show either BGN or END.
Aha of course! Thanks. I just bought this calculator for CFA so I’m pretty new to it. Used to use the texas ti-82 calculator but starting with a new calculator takes some practice to understand all its functions I guess:)
