I think so. Although to be fair I’m mostly picturing sitcoms in my head and as living alone at that age, mostly because I preferred the quiet. I would definitely be selective though at that age, it would have to be someone I enjoyed hanging out with.

It’s totally ok to have a roommate at 28 it’s the same thing as having a gf or a wife. It’s the best way to cut your costs in half. Don’t fall for what simps think! Hell even if I was 60 and single I’d prefer to have a roommate. Who the hell wants to live by themselves.

I think it’s smart. Businesses are always looking for ways to reduce their costs: why shouldn’t we? It does depend on the roomie though. A POS can cost you more in the long run.

Yeah I had a roommate in my house from age 27 to maybe 30. It was a good buddy of mine and worked out well. I ended up giving him the boot so my ex could move in (who didn’t pay rent and was a net expense).
Moral of the story: don’t kick your buddy out to let your gf move in.
