Cannot find this anywhere in the book. Have also tried to find it as a keyword, but cannot locate it. Can anyone confirm that these are indeed in the book, and if possible, on which page?

The Rules of Procedure are based on two primary principles:

  1. Fair process to the member and candidate and

  2. Confidentiality of proceedings.
