Sure, many people from India do that, employer and school certainly understand that most Indian MBAs are not applicable in the US (maybe if you went to IIM or somethig like that).
Looks like OP wants to get a US MBA, so that he can get a better job in India. Look, everyone knows US or other Western degrees are held in higher regard than local ones. So, they will be most likely useful. Whether you want to pay the $200k to do this is up to you.
