Sent the wrong books?

Hi All,

Have enrolled in my CFA level 1 for December. CFAI sent me my books however they have sent me the 2016 version, it’s very bizarre. The box etc all indicates 2017, but the books are clearly 2016. Has anyone ever had this happen before?

I’ve obviously got the ebook version, and I plan on using the Kaplan notes for the most part anyway but it’s a little bit annoying. I’ve already contacted them but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone before and how long it took for them to get the right versions?

Im pretty sure you have the 2017 material.

Kaplan copyrighted their 2017 in 2016 so that’s why that’s in the books.

Im sure for 2018 material it will show copyright for 2017.

When I ordered Schweser L2 books a while ago, I wanted the version with an Asian girl on the front, but I got one with some French looking guy.
