I’ve heard the CFA Level 3 mock (done by CFA boston society I believe) isn’t great. Is it worth the time? Or better to just re-do old AM’s mixed with Kaplan PM’s?
Well, I can tell you from my experience that I will do all the available mocks (old ones, the one from Boston Society as well as Kaplan’s AM & PM. I am aware, however, that some of these are not the best source of preparation, but due to the situation where the old AMs do not fully cover this year’s curriculum, then “more the merrier” slogan would be appropriate.
Do it for the learning opportunity - don’t use it as a gauge of how the exam is or how you will perform during the exam.
What is everyone is saying is wrong with the mock exam? Haven’t really been on the forums… I just did the morning essays and am pretty discouraged
