I would like to know this one too…
This does not make much sense to me and it is probably because this is not an official CFAI question. I get what they are trying to say - the particular ethical standards is focused around clients. But if you really think about it, by going after the employees while working within the same company you get an unfair advantage and also hurt loyalty towards your employer.
This is a poor question in my opinion.
