Hello,

I have a problem with SS9 R29 CFAI Question #10

In the solution, they compute premiums with the data for Quadrant, ProTech and Automator. Fine

But they use the average multiples using Alpha Neutron and Techno.

I have compute new multiples using Quadrant Protech and Automator for this question which gives the wrong answer.

Does that mean that we should never take multiples from “similar takeovers” companies ?

And take comparable companies instead ? For me, somehow, similar takeovers also implied comparable companies…
