Job Description
As part of the Business Analyst role your main responsibilities will be to:
- Complete the end to end engagement of projects, taking accountability for the following stages: problem statement creation, requirements gathering, business case submission, project shaping, process engineering, testing, benefits realisation and post implementation reviews.
- Employ innovative methods to take detailed and accurate business requirements from a range of clinical and non-clinical staff members.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that the design integrity is maintained.
- Hold accountability as the custodian of each solution, providing evidence of the business benefits post implementation.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application for the Business Analyst position you will:
- Have demonstrable experience of successful business change delivery.
- Be emotionally intelligent with the ability to use innovative and creative methods in order to attain pertinent information from all stakeholders.
- Have strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases.
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail and a track record of following best practice.
- Have confidence to work independently, taking ownership of a solution and its associated business benefits.
- Hold an ISEB or other Business Analysis qualification
