So I purchased a package from AnalystPrep due to their relatively low price, but the notes written contain many minor errors and some questions range from undoable to contradicting its own explanations.
Because of that i dug a little deeper and found out that three of the co-founders DO NOT CLAIM to have CFA designation and only one of them claim to have passed CFA Level II, whom also happen to be the content creator of the MCQ.
I suggest everyone to steer away from their material and use at your own peril. Their notes don’t explain the more complicated concepts well especially in the Economic section.
Some of the other users on this forum also expressed their experiences with AnalystPrep(just search it on the search bar).
P.S. I am posting their profile as their identities are no where to be found on their website and it is an evidence to back up my claim that they don’t claim to have CFA designation on Linkedin.
I opened your thread getting ready to write you a verbose “F off” type of rant because I thought you originally said “Stay clear of Analyst Forum**”**. I now ‘sea’ that’s not necessary.
That being said, I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here, don’t ever ever ever buy prep materials from someone who isn’t a charterholder.
