Smartest Guys in the Room.
The Pursuit of Happyness Also, Glengarry Glen Ross (not a Wall St. movie but still a good business/sales movie)
Meatballs
THE DARK KNIGHT Think about the questions it raised a la CFA? Was Bruce Wayne a good board member? How was the Hong Kong guy smoothing his earnings? Do Mob bankers actually make good asset managers in light of the opening sequence? How do we treat irrational investors’ (The Joker) assets besides hiding the gasoline? OK. Some I’m sort of jacking this overly discussed thread, but I want the CFA opinion of DK! I’m at least trying Chad!
Really? No one mentions American Psycho?

The real story is even better than the movie. This guy just has a wonderful take on life, and he deserves all the success he’s fought for. Truly inspiring guy. Hope I don’t have to sleep in a public restroom before I get there, though.
I slept on highway 75 trying to come back from Dallas to my house…and it hasnt gotten me anything. Except, my feet hurt for two weeks since I tried to walk 30 miles in flip-flops.

Remember the seen in American Psycho where they compare business cards? Doesn’t that just some times get a bit too close to home?
Don’t know about movies, but I am reading Cityboy at the moment, only recently released and am in fits of laughter all the time. It’s a great read.

What about the Iron Man . Edward Stark should be removed from his role as Chairman and CEO for using company resources for personal gains .

Of course he should not have hidden his expenses in $6,000 shower curtains.
