I’m sure this has already been asked, but with the number of new topics being started it might be easier for me to just ask again versus trying to hunt down an old thread…
Reading through the super selection case, the text mentions that responsibilities of Cuff, who is CFO and Compliance Officer, should pass along violations to senior management and together, senior management and cuff should determine next appropriate steps. Now I could’ve sworn there was an example in some practice test that mirrored this example, where a supervisor or COO came into knowledge of violations and it asked what the best course of action was. One of the wrong answer choices was to pass along to supervisor or upper management. Am I crazy, or does it seem like, as COO, Cuff doesn’t need to pass along the information. She just needs to derive a way to fix this ongoing?
