T- Distribution

Pls help,

Is that T distribution tells me the standard deviation of sampling mean that will arise by taking different samples again and again from a population or it has a different interpretation? i.e. is it "95 of all sampling means lie within 2.015 standard deviations or 95% chances are that the population parameter shall lie within 2.015 standard deviations?

The first, bold and italicized text is correct when you’re describing the sampling distribution of x-bar (then, the standard deviation is the standard error).
