Hi there… For the exam day… Whats best meal u can have before you leave to the exam center? Any nutrition guy feedback? Is it healthy to have Redbull during the break between the 2 sessions? Other advices are welcomed. Goodluck All !
i would suggest the turbaconepic mac & cheese. its got all the calories youll need for this exam plus the next one too shall you pass this one.
A bowl of oats…will keep you going through most of the day. I’ll supplement it with an energy bar at lunch.
I think thinking about food is a waste of time.
Just eat a lot of food, and don’t make it sugar. Overdose on calories and you won’t run out of energy for the exam. It’s not a waste of time. Being ‘with it’ mentally is definitely worth a few points. Could be the difference between a pass and Band 10.
I suggest a breakfast consisting of egg, milk and cheese And having redbull between the two sessions + light snack
