He is this guy from Taiwan who failed L1 twice, but was convinced that CFAI was running a conspiracy to fail him. He wrote them around 30 email complaints to them and started a thread on AF that grew to over 50 pages.

it was the single best thread in AF history. Qqqbee was one of a kind. You couldn’t make up some of the stuff in that thread. It eventually got deleted I believe.

so he couldn’t believe he failed…and turned to the dark side?
here’s my awesome summary from before:
Qqqbee is a Taiwanese man who honestly believed there was a large conspiracy against him by the CFAI. He took L1, failed with everything under 50%, and wrote a ton of complaint emails to CFAI on why his score had to be a mistake. he made such a fuss, it reached the legal dept. He paid for a retabulation, but it still came back a fail.
He decided to retake L1, failed again, but did better than the 1st try. He declared that his 2nd exam results were actually his 1st exam results. And that his REAL 2nd exam results should be a passing score. He also declared that the reason he was given a fail this 2nd time was because of CFAI’s conspiracy to hide grading errors in his first attempt. He proceeds to send complaint emails galore yet again. Nothing happened.
His 3rd attempt at L1 resulted in another failure, but this time around, he got the score matrix he felt he deserved. Therefore, he concluded that his intuition has always been correct, and that he definitely should have passed on the 2nd attempt. He again concluded: due to the conspiracy, he was given a failure the 2nd time. He then sends complaint emails galore yet again.
After a ridiculous amount of complaints, CFAI pretty much stopped replying to him. In desperation, he came to AF to request help to contact CEO John Rogers. This was no troll, he posted everything from his formal govt photo ID to the various certificates he has received in his life proving his existence. He contacted a few members here with his actual email.
His thread exceeded 40+ pages, and with every new post where qqqbee would attach letters he sent to CFAI and their legal department, his random rants and and ramblings about how this was America and he deserves justice, it would just throw more fuel into the fire. Everyone was having a blast until the thread was killed off. All that’s left of him is this symbol he graced upon us: T.T which is him in tears.
Now imagine ALL this coming from a guy trying to communicate in horribly broken english. This was the qqqbee saga.
