Get in touch with the proctors? I have no experience with that but something tells me that is not happening.

I doubt that any kind of protest will change the outcome. You should just deny everything and write a very polite response. It’s not so fair that untrained rent-a-cop proctors with a power trip can cause so much inconvenience, but that’s how it works.

There are probably cases that were overturned but of course you won’t hear about it… proctors are not infallible.

indeed, presumably the proctors are the one who made the report and I doubt if CFAI will let him talk to the proctors to get them to retract the allegation
