So being from someone in the investment management industry, this question, i still believe is a bit confusing.

So I put B. and the answer is A. I understand that you do not need to get written permission from her clients. However, I thought she would have to get approval from her clients in advance. the question states that she manages a growth portfolio. She now wants to change it to value. Answer A, makes it seem like it is ok for her to change her strategy, and then tell clients after the fact.
If A said: promptly notify her clients of the upcoming change, i think that would be correct.
What do you guys think?
THANKS!
