The description also calls for a strong knowledge of finance/accounting and knowledge of FI operations which I honestly don’t have. I graduated almost two years ago and have no relevant experience tbh. I’m hoping I won’t get grilled on technicals since they’ll see my lack of experience on my resume.
Show enthusiasm so that they know you are willing to learn. Have examples ready of you being a fast learner. If you don’t already, know all the differences between a credit union and a bank in case you get asked.
