Is anyone else having issues with feedback from Uppermark re the Level II curriculum?
Ordered the level II books 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped, I have emailed them 3 times now without reply.

Ordered the level II books 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped, I have emailed them 3 times now without reply.
I had the same problem with Schweser - they had to adjust to the new curriculum, so shipment was later than I expected.
When I finally got the notes I was already some weeks behind the learning schedule (the one recommended by Schweser itself!)…flash-cards were shipped even later.
You better call them, do not send mails - that’s what I did.

Supra, I used Uppermark. Ask them to send you PDFs of the chapters - they have done that in the past when their shipments have been delayed.

I read somewhere that Uppermark question bank software expires at the end of each testing period.
Does this mean that if I buy CAIA materials for March 2013 exam from someone the software will not work?

It does look like it.
I have tried to access my old question bank and it only operates in demo mode.
I believe Schweser has the same policy.
Any way around this?
How does software CD know the period lapsed? Would changing PC date 6 months back solve the problem?
