These are internship positions. They probably don’t care if you know anything about anything, just want to learn stuff about capital markets and do crap work.

However, they do ask a lot of technical questions. I’m just worried about that. Any advice on questons?

Just make sure they like you, ask questions and show that you are eager to learn. Looks like a good opportunity to me. Good luck.

They aren’t going to ask you any technical questions. If they do, answer them if you can. Otherwise ask for the answer and be interested.

I did the interviews with other positions with OTPP and CPP and even though it’s a internship position, they really did ask a lot of technical questions. For TPC other position, such as -walk me throough Valution methodologies including DCF, Precedent Transation, comparable companies analysis. -What is the trends of PE industry? -Tell me about recent LBO transactions -what kinds of characteristics are good target for LBO? -EBITDA, FCF -how to calculate? I’m scared about what kinds of other questions they will ask in infrastructure group and risk analytics departments.

see if you can get a hold of the vault guide for financial interviews, it really helped me… go through it several times if you can
