Just to clarify, you can’t use the logo on company documents, but it’s fine to use it on YOUR OWN PERSONAL letterheads and business cards? How would one distinguish if you can use it on the company docs that are specific to you? I know the CFA trademark can’t be associated with the company name/logo, but this seems to have a large grey area. Any clarification is much appreciated.

The company cannot put out a newsletter with a CFA Logo. If you were going to email a client, you may have a CFA Logo assuming you have the right to use the designation.
