I do use VitalSource Bookshelf in order to have access to the official 2015 Curriculum (level 1 CFA). However, when I try to print the different StudySessions (1-18), I do often get an error on the last page of the pdf (it doesnt show all pages).
So all I got is a pdf of around 80% of the digital document. Surprisingly, some of the Study Sessions are printed correctly (for example: 2 / 3 / 4) - But most of them are showed incorrectly (pages are missing)
I have similar issues. I only have a handful of success cases. The rest of them either have pages missing or are not PDFed at all (resulted in a .log file that says error printing PDF not produced).
Vitalsource is messed up. It decides randomly not to print few pages. I decided its better not to print from Vitalsource. It really doesn’t show page number. So if anything is missing we will never know.
I contacted Vitalsource for the PDF error and this is what they say:

To protect the copyright we are not allowed to give out eTexts in PDF form. You can install the bookshelf application to 2 computers and 2 mobiles to access bookshelf offline. Wow, they don’t even care about our problems. What i’ve tried today: It doesn’t even work to just print the Readings right away!
I saved myself these 150 USD because I wanted to print those readings by myself… and now I need to pay 150 USD because Vitalsource is too stupid to give us all correct Readings.
