Scott Speedster Gravel 30.
That thing is a beast.
Whatttt??? How do you not have a car? I drive an e class but since Iâm working from home, I find it kind of useless now. Was thinking of selling that or giving to fiancĂ© and selling her Camry and pocketing proceeds.
The city I live in is pretty small and everything is max 10 mile bike ride away. And we have bike lanes everywhere so you donât have to zigzag in car traffic and pray for your dear life. The only downside is during winter time when you freeze your face off when it gets really cold.
^OK, but why two bikes? You can only ride one at a time.
Unless you have a âweekendâ bike, that you use to impress chicks with. Then I get it. You know, like, âMy other bike is a BMXâ or something.
lol I ride a different bike (old school, no gears etc) during the winter because ice, slush and salt would destroy my other bikeâs gears and breaks.
Same here!
Being able to bike to work is so great. I have a 20min bike ride. I used to have an hour commute in a metro/train and it sucked. The quality of life is way up.
There are some legends in this topic⊠Seems people have left us behind. Oh well.

I think I would like to bike to work. Two problems:
- Thereâs no good way to get from home to work (2.5 miles, or 4 km) without dodging a lot of traffic.
- In summer, itâs normal to have 100+ degree days (40 degrees Celsius). Not interested.
had a co workers that used to bike to work. told me she saw a lot of homeless people.
I had the same problem at my last job. Going to work by bike would had been a suicide-mission. Also, they opened the menâs locker room at 11am (why not earlier? I donât know, Frenchmen like to make things complicated for no apparent reason) so taking a shower/changing clothes wouldnât have been possible.
