What does the c stand for in front of percentages in research reports

I’ve been reading a few research reports and keep noticing this c% number.

Here’s one example from a Credit Suisse Research Report:

“Sales: For Q2 2016, we expect group level sales of US$1216m (SN compiled consensus: US$1200m), up an underlying c4% y/y (or c5% sales days adjusted), with negative FX effects of c1% offset by the contribution from acquisitions (e.g. Blue Belt) of c1%. For Reconstruction, we project an underlying growth rate of c2% y/y, with hips down c1%y/y underlying and knees sales up c4% driven by the Journey II. In Sports Medicine & Trauma, we expect underlying growth of c8% at sports medicine joint repair and with trauma & extremities down c1% y/y. Within Advanced Wound Management we expect sales to be flat at Advanced Wound Care, up13% y/y at Wound Devices and 6% y/y underlying growth at Wound Bioactives.”
