This is not too hard to calculate, but I dont make sense the logic. For investment 1, he has invested 40, sold 60 => gain = 20 or HPR = 50% <=> (60-40)/40
But why is question screening 10.67%?
What annual rate of interest over 4 years would cause 40 to grow to 60???
