What is "standard error" in the question 67-72, Exam 2, afternoon Session Schweser

Hi all

In the case of the question 67-72, Exam 2, afternoon Session Schweser, page 92, there is a number in Exhibit 1,

Standard Error: 17252.76.

What is that Standar Error? It’ the standard error of what?

Thank you

Without further knowledge about the question, I recall the following from schweser notes which might help:

"The standard error of estimate SEE measures […]. The SEE is the standard deviation of the error terms in the regression. As such, SEE is also referred to as the standard error of the residual, or standard error of the regression. There are multiple terms for SEE and you can expect to see any of these on the exam. Standard error, when used in the context of the whole regression (as opposed to individual coefficient), also refers to SEE"

Hope this works?

SEE = square root of unexplained variation/ total variation. Unexplained is residual
