There is a term that I do not get “structural integrity”
“The major due diligence factors that are likely to affect the value of a property include:operating expense, structural integrity , environmental issue, lease and lease history.”
Think of it as the foundation and physical stability of the building. Obviously a building that has structural issues is going to be worth less.
So it is the durability of construction works
Structural integrity is the thing that the Enterprise keeps losing in Star Trek.

Structural integrity is, roughly, the probability that the building will remain standing.
