What is the KEY to the Ethics

Hi guys,

The Ethics has been a quite challenging topic for me. The thing is that I cannot find a “key” to this section. For instance, a key to the Equity is the Gordon Growth model, the key to the Protfolio management is inderstanding CPAM and assumptions that apply, a key to the Corporate Finance is the understanding of cash vs non cash accounting and flows. But what is THE KEY to the Ethics? Do you have any idea?

In level II, the key to Ethics is the soft dollar standards. 2 item sets will come in the exam from Ethics and you are most likely to get one item set from that small chapter.
