For those with years of somewhat unrelated/indirect experience but relevant industry experience, what type of pay can you expect for those joining a research role on the SS and BS?

^ 85/90 at the bigger shops yes. Smaller shops will be lower for sure. Mba at bigger places can range 110 to 140 (peak) Again, thus is NYC
How about bonus payouts these days?
