Where can I find Standards of practice Handbook 10th edition

Hi,

In Kaplan Schweser study session 1 (Exam focus section), it is mentioned that “all candidates for the CFA examination read the standard of Practice Handbook 10th Edition (2010)”. Where can I find this handbook? Are they referring to Standard of professional conduct?
