Where to get a suit in London

Hi there, Looking for some advice on where to get a decent suit in London. I already have a few but only one is a good tailored suit and the rest are off the shelf ones that arent so great. My budget is probably about £500-£1k but if I can get away with less I will! Any suggestions? Thanks

You have a few choices on Eldon street near Finsbury circus and on Jermyn Street in the west end

You can get 3-5 tailored suits with that budget from Asia and trust me… you won’t be able to tell em apart

Shirts = Jermyn street. Suits = Savile Row. Can’t really go wrong with these locations - virtually any shop here in these spots is going to be great quality. If you wait for one of the big sale seasons, you might might might be able to snag a suit in your price range. As ZeroBonus mentioned, I’d consider checking out a good asian tailor. You can get fabulous knockoff suits from some of those places that are better than “geniune” suits priced at the $500-$1,000 level. If by any chance you’re going to Hong Kong or something in the near future, buy no clothing in the US or the UK - you’ll get far more for your money there.

Even I know you go to Savile Row. Haven’t you ever read a Jack Higgins book?

Thanks for the thoughts, last week I found a nice fitting navy blue one at Daks for £900 on Jermyn Street, saw Gieves and Hawkes have some for £800 so gonna take a look at those too. A few of my team members travel to Asia (HK, Singapore) so could always look into that but I guess they would need to measure me in London?
