Will all the subjects in Level 3 will be shown up in the essay questions?

Hello,

I am now studying CFA level 3 exam.
I am wondering if Ethics will be on Essay questions.
I heard that Ethics (including GIPS) will not be shown as an Essay question. Is this right?

All the other subjects can be shown up in essay format?

Ethics hasn’t been in the AM exam in over 20 years.

Rumor has it that GIPS was there in 2020; before that, it, too, wasn’t there for 20 years.

Apart from that, all topic areas are fair game in the morning.
