Just like my commrade Igor, I don’t understand why you need to leave the country if the visa is expired. Visa is an entry document. You can be in the country legally with an expired visa if you have the right immigration status. Many students for instance change their immigration status within the country after they graduate and start working. They never get “H1B” visa until they end up traveling outside the US. I hope you are talking to a legit immigration lawyer, not some university counselor who has a bunch of links. Your case may be completely different, but unless you must travel outside the US there has to be an option to change status within the country.

In all honesty I sense a very significant drop in my libido over the past two years. I used to think It was normal but I have realized it’s getting lower and lower, don’t know why.
Well, I think a drop in libido can be a result of various reasons including hormonal imbalance, depression, exhaustion, or even just a lack of interest in sexual activity. You need to ask yourself if you want “fix” the issue. Then, if so, start examining what the root cause is.
For me, I have a reduced libido due to my energy being spent elsewhere. Because of that, the risk/ reward of being sexually active is not worth it to me. So, I am effectively asexual but still do have a mild libido.
