Work load

Am I the only one who’s actually working more during this ■■■■? My workday is bogged down with nothing but projects.

It’s like a never ending pile of stuff to work on. It’s this way for the next 40 years right?

edit: wow… they even took our ability to use the word for doo-doo that is hidden in the anogram “carp” away? That seems too far.

Think it’s just you, brother. Pile all the work on the rookie. Classic.

Maybe it’s that. Ah well, I’ll take the paycheck I guess. On track to make bout $150K this year though, cuz of this thing:

I’m swamped so I agree, most people I know in research are as well.

Try working in a high risk consumer lending business. The alarms are going off!

Can SYF really go to zero though?

I don’t follow that stock but in general, it’s not hard for any bank to go to zero. It’s why risk management is essential. It depends on their concentration levels and liquidity.

there is definitely more real work. but sometimes i wonder if its a test to see who is really worth the money to keep.

I’ve been doing a lot of gardening and farming, so that is keeping me busy. I haven’t left the house or had any delivery yet! Fresh eggs every morning, home brewed beer every night.

Work load hasn’t changed much except I’m now teaching 8th and 3rd grade too.

haha i heard that from some people. made me chuckle. teachers are getting paid to teach 30 minutes a week. lets bail out their pension as well.

My workload hasn’t changed. Just stress levels. I was banned from the office for a week because my wife had to get tested for the beer flu. If I had to spend another day taking the dog and 4 year old outside every 12 minutes, I might have done something regrettable. What happened to just telling kids to go outside and not come back in until the sun hits some arbitrary point in the sky? Oh and I should only have to tell you once per day to “STAY THE F OUT OF THE ROAD!”

My alcohol expenses have gone up like 70%.

lol respect. its kinda funny though

I agree, work has ramped up dramatically - but to be expected in an uncorrelated market :tornado: :ocean:

… coffee tastes better at home <3

i saw an interview with billionaire chamath and i thoguht it was bizarre. h

he was getting very passionate saying when markets are falling, now is the time to be doing research. i chuckled a bit cuz honestly you should have done your research when they were going up. now that prices are crashing. you really just need to keep up date to what the prices are. granted there were a lot of high multiple names, i didnt look at before that i am checking out now cuz they cheap af.

This is true. I drink like 8 nespresso latte’s a day right now.

Is it Irish?
