Well, Nery, what is it that you actually need for your household? You should avoid putting stuff there for the sake of filling spaces. Because then, you will end up with stuff that will sit there for years. Also, put a lot of gift cards as options for people to buy - that’s basically cash but more polite than asking for money straight up. You don’t want to look like a gross poor after all.
i dont need anything. i buy what i need. 250 guests giving 250 items i dont need sounds like a waste. plus i dont even know if i have space to house that much crap. after dropping 115 a head, what i really need is some cash to offset that. money more fungible

Oh my friend, you don’t get it. Soon it won’t matter what you want, or think. All of your stuff is gonna end up in bankers boxes sitting in the garage. (I get it - I can’t stand dust collectors either.)
