I started doing this today for the first time in a while. I like it. How much do you carry?
Carry . . . as in heft?
Being able to farmer walk with your bodyweight in each hand should be your ultimate goal.
#190lbs
You carry a total of 190 lbs in both hands combined? So you weight 95 lbs? Damn man eat a cheeseburger.
On a more important measure, who here can do these moves?
You carried 380lbs at 190lb body weight? For like 10m there 10m back? Damn that’s good. I need to get there.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t try.
#cheers

Couple rules you should observe posting on fitness:
- If posting a new topic, here’s the syntax “Gym Bros - [subject]?”
- If you are going to post advice, it must be accompanied by a topless selfie so others can judge whether or not they should heed your advice.
I use two 32 KG kettlebells, not because I can’t carry more but because I don’t have heavier ones.

Don’t tempt me - lol
I think I’m going to start doing farmers carry as a workout finisher. I’m looking to build forearm strength and did it again today with great results. I was pretty beat at the end. I did it with dumbells this time vs that rack last time. The dumbbells were definitely harder and harder to grip. I basically ended up carrying the dumbbells with 2 fingers and a thumb at the end as quite naturally my grip strength died in my ring/pinky fingers.
Im surprised at how tiring it is. It’s hard for me to get my heartbeat that high.

YES… but you wimps all took your’s down. Mine is the only one still there.
Speaking of self love, I was doing some curls in a sweatshirt the other day at the dumbbell rack and the unthinkable happened.
Brosef came up to the mirror and had no weights in hand, lifted up his tee shirt and flexed his abs and gave himself the nod in the mirror.
What is proper protocol in this situation? I felt like going up to him and flicking his ear.
I restrained myself to keep the peace.

On a more important measure, who here can do these moves?
I’ve been working on a back planche (of the bar, not rings) last year - it’s freaking hard! Gotta get back at it

rings are a lot harder than they look. I do dips sometimes on them and feel like a weakling.

They must be harder than the bar as they can move sideways away from you… And yeah I know the feeling
